Our client, a leading organization in the contact center and workforce management industry, is seeking a Workforce Management BA - IA - VMO to join their team. As a Workforce Management BA - IA - VMO, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Workforce Management and Telephony Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?- Provide system administration and technical support for Alvaria and Verint Workforce Management platforms.
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning activities to optimize contact center operations.
- Lead data analysis and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports for leadership teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support system migrations and enhancements.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to improve processes and system usability.
- 3-5 years of experience with Workforce Management systems, especially Alvaria (Aspect) and Verint.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like array formulas, SUMIFS, Power Query, and Power Pivots.
- Experience in system administration, forecasting, and capacity planning within a contact center environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
