Business Execution Consultant - Contingent

Our client is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be part of Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) supporting AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional execution leadership, disciplined project management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans, which will align successfully in the organization.

Translate AI priorities into clear work plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and target dates for ULO AI initiatives. Lead day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives, pilots, and operational readiness activities-moving work from planning through implementation. Maintain integrated project plans, action logs, decision trackers, risk and issue logs, and dependency maps to keep leaders and teams aligned. Coordinate activities across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, change management, and other partners in a highly matrixed environment.

Prepare concise executive updates that highlight progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and next steps; facilitate working sessions and drive follow-up actions to completion.

• Substantial experience leading complex business execution, project management, operational planning, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven success managing multiple cross-functional work streams with competing priorities and interdependent deliverables.
• Strong project-management discipline, including milestone management, risk identification, dependency tracking, decision management, and status reporting.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct authority, including strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create concise, executive-ready materials; strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and standard project-management tools.
