Art Director

• Design and produce innovative print and digital solutions for internal and external clients.
• Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with client goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and top-notch.
• Mentor and inspire creative team members to elevate quality and creativity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years as a Designer in an agency or marketing environment.
• Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office on Mac.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, production, and digital technologies.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure.
