Job Details- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Reports to: Club Manager
- Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
- Handle front desk tasks: answer phone calls, assist with questions or concerns, take info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member accounts.
- Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively to exceed customer needs.
- Listening: Actively listen and empathize with customers and coworkers.
- Problem Solving: Recognize issues, analyze information, and seek solutions.
- Diplomacy: Use tact and appropriate language in interactions.
- Communication: Report questions or concerns to a supervisor promptly.
- Honesty and a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
