Annuities Support Specialist - Contract

Call Center environment focused on inbound calls about annuity portfolios (no annuity knowledge required). 8 to 5pm schedule.

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa

Job Type: Contract to Perm

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

Education: Associate's

• Assisting customers "post-issue" (annuitants with an established policy), performing address changes, claims questions, change in funding decisions, assisting with tax inquiries and any other related tasks servicing an annuity. Call volume is roughly 50+ calls a day.

• Call Center Experience
• Customer Service
• 8-5pm schedule experience
