The base salary range for this position is $95,200.00 to $ per year.

If you’re a highly motivated Instrumentation and Controls Engineer excited about working on cutting‑edge industrial and commercial facilities in data centers, we’d love to meet you. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems, develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
• Providing onsite assistance during startup and coordinating activities with team members and discipline leads.
• Designing and optimizing control systems for various processes.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience working with instrumentation and control.
• Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications.

Ideally you’ll also have:

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking mindset and eagerness to learn best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for building design and construction.
• Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading small teams.
• Experience with data center design.
