The base salary range for this position is $95,200.00 to $ per year.

If you’re a highly motivated Instrumentation and Controls Engineer excited about working on cutting‑edge industrial and commercial facilities in data centers, we’d love to meet you. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems, develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
- Providing onsite assistance during startup and coordinating activities with team members and discipline leads.
- Designing and optimizing control systems for various processes.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience working with instrumentation and control.
- Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications.
Ideally you’ll also have:
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Forward‑thinking mindset and eagerness to learn best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for building design and construction.
- Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading small teams.
- Experience with data center design.
