- Creates and maintains requests for information from subcontractors.
- Confirms and verifies submitted bids with plans, scope of work, and standard features per project.
- Updates material pricing with accurate effective dates.
- Creates feasibility budgets for pro forma analysis.

- Maintains floor plan takeoffs differentiating base and option quantities.
- Builds assemblies and generate takeoffs.

- Reports historical material price trends and forecasts short-term price trends.
- Prepares any custom/special request takeoffs as required.
- Competitively bids for work.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or construction management or equivalent experience required
- Five years’ minimum estimating and contracts experience in the construction industry. Residential experience preferred.
- Preferred Builder-MT, Mark Systems, and Timberline estimating proficiency. Plan Swift software for takeoffs. Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Outlook and Excel
