  • Creates and maintains requests for information from subcontractors.
  • Confirms and verifies submitted bids with plans, scope of work, and standard features per project.
  • Updates material pricing with accurate effective dates.
  • Creates feasibility budgets for pro forma analysis.

Secondary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Researches and assists with billing questions, providing documentation for discrepancies/deficiencies.
  • Assists and problem solves with vendors.
  • Assists with projects, as needed.
  • Provides reports, as needed.
  • Complies with company policy and procedures.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or construction management or equivalent experience required
  • Five years’ minimum estimating and contracts experience in the construction industry. Residential experience preferred.
  • Preferred Builder-MT, Mark Systems, and Timberline estimating proficiency. Plan Swift software for takeoffs. Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Outlook and Excel
