We're hiring a Project Estimator to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for renewable energy, solar, and energy storage projects. This role blends technical estimating with cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
What You'll Do- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
- Interpret technical drawings (CAD, IFC) and develop sound estimating assumptions
- Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to define project scope
- Maintain historical cost databases and support process improvements
- Use estimating software and design tools to support bids and proposals
- Experience in project estimating (renewable energy, solar, or construction preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven work style
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
