This role will be responsible for completing commercial valuations on all major property types. Situs

AMC’s appraisers get the opportunity to work on institutional properties located across the U.S. In addition, this position would also include assisting with our national clients, which include some of the largest and most prominent financial institutions, pension funds and insurance companies in the U.S., and involves portfolio work. Associates will work closely with VP’s in completing these processes.

• The role for this professional will be involved with performing valuations
• Efficiently perform valuations with a future career path to lead a team of valuation professionals by providing guidance and quality control
• Manage workflow and direct reports to produce on time deliveries
• Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
• Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Research property and market information
• Inspect properties
• Analyze subject and comparable data
• Develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables
• Resolve non‑compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Intermediate understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Finance
• Basic understanding of the current real estate climate and market
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, self‑motivated, and execute at a high level
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
• Potentially work towards MAI
• Potentially work towards state licensing

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$65,000.00 - $

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Situs

AMC Senior Management approval.
