• Partner with a Relationship Manager to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience
• Build and strengthen client relationships with a “wow” approach
• Assist with day-to-day client needs and account management
• Handle administrative and operational tasks, including onboarding, forms, and post-issue requests
• Support client meetings and events, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards
• Track and resolve client requests efficiently
• Take on special projects and initiatives to help the team succeed

• Motivated, organized, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to balance multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• Strong time-management, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of accountability
• Preferred:
  Experience in financial services, knowledge of investment accounts, IRAs, and IRS retirement regulations

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Life & Health insurance licenses preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• FINRA SIE preferred (or ability to obtain within 9 months)
• Full‑time, 40–50 hours/week (avg. 45 hours)

• $45,000–$55,000/year, depending on experience
