Desla Wealth Management is seeking ahighly motivated, results‑driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing advisory team. This role is ideal for a financial professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding prospective clients toward long-term investment success. You’ll play a key role in expanding Desla’s client base while upholding our commitment to clarity, transparency, and disciplined advice.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of Desla’s investment products, planning strategies, and advisory process
Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons
Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with our evidence-based approach
Present tailored investment strategies clearly and confidently
Achieve individual acquisition and conversion targets while supporting broader team objectives
Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
Proven experience in investment sales, client acquisition, or financial advisory
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed acquisition goals
Relevant certifications (Series 65 or Series 66)
