Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing military orders and other documentation, evaluating eligibility for SCRA benefits, and processing cases across multiple systems. Key responsibilities and expectations include:
Reviewing military orders and supporting documentation. Evaluating eligibility for service member benefits and protections. Reviewing multiple financial products and determining eligibility at the individual account or product level. Making decisions based on established procedures and eligibility criteria. Working across multiple systems of record. Managing detailed information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Meeting quality and production targets. Learning new systems, processes, and product-specific requirements.

For example, a service member may have five products with , but not all five will necessarily qualify for the same benefits. Employees must review the applicable information and determine which products are eligible and which are not. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Preferred experience:

The hiring managers are open to candidates from a variety of financial services and operational backgrounds, including:
Banking operations. Mortgage and loan processing. Credit card operations. Auto lending or auto finance. Financial documentation and verification. Compliance-related operations. Other back-office banking or financial services roles. Candidates do not need experience across every financial product. Someone with mortgage processing experience, for example, may still be a suitable candidate even if they have not worked with credit cards or auto loans.

Banking or financial services experience is beneficial because candidates will encounter industry-specific terminology. However, the managers are willing to consider candidates from different backgrounds if they demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to learn.
