• Work with adults who have various types of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide daily living assistance, including cooking, medication administration, laundry, personal hygiene, and household maintenance.
• Transport individuals and accompany them on errands, outings, and community events.
• Develop a personal relationship with each individual to understand likes, dislikes, motivators, and triggers.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of the people you support.

• Set schedules with consistent days and shifts, or flexible schedules with a two‑ to three‑week schedule set.
