Patient Experience Representative – GI

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Representative for our GI services. This role involves providing advanced patient services, assisting with registration, scheduling, and communicating any delays or changes. The position requires a friendly, proactive approach to ensure a positive experience for all patients.

• Arrive at work in the morning; no night shifts.
• Represent the clinic by providing advanced level patient services regarding registration, acting as a direct contact and resource to patients.
• Manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials, and communicate delays or changes.
• Create the Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (subject to variation).

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No medical office experience necessary; training provided.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.
