Pharmacy Technician – Full Time | Greenfield, Iowa

We are seeking a full‑time, motivated pharmacy technician to join our Greenfield team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to be part of a close‑knit team that truly makes a difference in patients' lives.

• Support patient‑centered care through accurate prescription processing
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to patients and families
• Assist the pharmacist in medication preparation and daily workflow
• Manage inventory and help ensure medications are available when patients need them
• Help resolve insurance rejections so patients can access their medications without unnecessary delays

• A team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and a desire to provide high‑quality care
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment while keeping patients first
• Pharmacy technician certification preferred, but not required – we are happy to train the right person
