• Arrive for the day – no night shifts.
• Answer patient phone calls, clinical inquiries, and billing questions via the multi‑line telephone system and live‑chat platform.
• Manage and audit appointments and payments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support clinical staff and physicians in performing outstanding healthcare.
• Participate in team‑building activities such as department potlucks and lunch gatherings.
• Monitor the clinic intranet for volunteer opportunities and clinic news.
• Represent The Iowa Clinic with positivity and professionalism.
