• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
• Vacuum, mop, change linens, and clean bathrooms; keep rooms fresh and prepared for guests
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
• Respond to guest requests for bedding, towels, amenities, or information in a friendly, courteous manner
• Assist with laundry, public area cleaning, and other housekeeping duties as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision; follow verbal and written instructions
• Adhere to safety and health standards and maintain personal hygiene

• No prior cleaning experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent (2 years of high school)
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for the entire shift
• Capacity to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently
• Strong customer‑service orientation and positive attitude
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday as required
