This leader will partner closely with Technology, Data, Product, and Business executives to deliver reliable, high-performing analytics platforms and applications that support our advisors, clients, and enterprise operations.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor engineering leaders, fostering a high-performing, people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop organizational talent through coaching, clear expectations, and structured career paths for engineers and developers.
  • Define and execute the long-term analytics engineering strategy aligned with enterprise data, technology, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, Cybersecurity and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure platforms and drive modernization initiatives, while managing risk and maintaining a resilient environment.
  • Provide technical leadership across application development, data transformation, and integration frameworks.
  • Champion modern engineering practices and ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and built for long-term success.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Serve as a visible engineering thought leader, influencing cross-functional teams through strong communication and relationships.
  • Ensure engineering practices meet governance, regulatory, and security requirements.
What We Are Looking For

Success in this role requires a polished, people-focused leader with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, coach, and empower teams while championing modern engineering practices and driving meaningful change. Candidates should bring extensive leadership experience (ideally 10+ years) across engineering, application engineering, or related technical domains, with a proven track record of leading leaders and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.

A strong understanding of application and analytics architecture, data engineering practices, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern development frameworks is essential, along with the executive presence needed to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships across the organization. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred but not required.
