Our client, a leading organization in data-driven decision making, is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will be part of the COO ECR team supporting access management and controls initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Data Analytics Analyst

$45 - $50/hr (Only W2)

• Build and analyze reports from multiple data sources using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Identify key insights related to access management and control processes.
• Develop and present reports to leadership, including senior stakeholders.
• Support ongoing initiatives such as access reviews and system sun setting projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with Tableau and Thoughtspot is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including V-Lookups, with knowledge of Power M or Macros being beneficial.
• Experience in executive presentation and communicating findings effectively.
• Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present insights clearly to leadership.
