Senior Information Security Analyst

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to provide technical leadership in protecting information resources across multiple platforms. This onsite role in West Des Moines, IA includes driving security architecture and enterprise security solutions, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to reduce risk, and supporting governance and audit activities.

• Evaluate emerging technologies

• Implement, maintain, and support enterprise security solutions aligned to information security standards, architectural principles, and business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and security expertise for complex projects and strategic initiatives to design secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to identify and mitigate security risks, resolve challenges, and improve overall security architecture.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance security documentation

• Four-year degree or five years of equivalent experience

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate security and technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in security architecture

  , and cloud security
  .
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security platforms and controls
  .
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security
  , Zero Trust principles, and modern identity-driven security architectures (preferred).
