Property Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Property Coordinator to manage unit turn processes, coordinate with construction and maintenance teams, oversee move‑outs, and maintain property quality. The role involves prioritizing projects, communicating with the Property Manager and accounting teams, and ensuring apartments meet quality expectations.

• Manage the unit turn process: schedule and follow up with construction crews; coordinate with construction and maintenance to ensure on‑schedule completion.
• Partner with the Property Manager: prioritize daily and weekly projects to align with portfolio goals; communicate and collaborate to complete projects.
• Oversee move‑outs: coordinate key returns, assess damages, assign move‑out charges, and communicate final accounting items with the accounting team; complete scope of work with Maintenance.
• Maintain property quality: regularly inspect common areas, landscaping, and exteriors to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow‑through.
• Flexibility to help where needed.
