• Responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision and management of an Eligibility team, enabling team members to meet client and corporate commitments.
• Drive achievement of team quality, production, and service expectations.
• Lead staff development and successful implementation of new clients while retaining existing ones.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and answer complex or difficult questions.
• Advise team members on processes and procedures and support the department in meeting all goals.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3–5 years Eligibility experience
• Self‑directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients and co‑workers including Client Managers and all staff levels
• Ability to use common sense to carry out oral, written, or diagram‑based instructions
• Capability to deal with problems in varying situations and reach resolution
• Read, analyze, and interpret documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)
• Flexible and open to continuous process improvement
• Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various platforms, and use MS Excel/Word effectively

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Self‑Funded Insurance/Benefits and/or TPA experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job‑related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
