Pay Range: $16-19.50

Shift: 2nd Shift, M - F 3:30…12:00 am

Work with one of the largest American‑owned aerospace & defense companies. The role involves operating production equipment, constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical systems and components/assemblies. Experience with manufacturing or small hand tools is preferred.

• Follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerance levels.
• Perform troubleshooting, calibrations or modifications of hardware, fixtures, and software.
• Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify systems and components/assemblies.
• Maintain production records and report issues while following standard procedures.
• Interpret data and accurately record time changes, test data, parts usage, etc.
• Utilize mechanical or optical equipment, including computers and lasers.
• Provide technical solutions to engineering.
• Ensure systems and components/assemblies meet established specifications.
• Rework and repair various mechanical and electromechanical systems and components/assemblies as needed.
• Assist engineering with the design of components and prototypes.
• Receive training/certification in multiple skills as required.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Exhibit the company’s leadership behaviors and values.
• Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as directed by the assigned leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working nationalism extended shifts or overtime as required by the business.
