Join Iowa Home Care as a Pediatric Staff Nurse, where you’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll follow physician-directed care plans, administer treatments, and work closely with a dedicated care team to support the health, safety, and well‑being of each child in a familiar environment. We have several positions available that include Full‑Time and Part‑Time with most of these being day‑time hours.

• Deliver care according to the physician’s plan and established nursing standards.
• Conduct home visits and shifts, assessing client conditions, recording vitals, and noting any changes.
• Administer nursing procedures, manage medications, and provide treatments following physician orders and scope of practice.
• Promote a safe environment by educating families on home safety, infection control, and fall prevention.
• Maintain clear communication with the RN Case Manager and other team members to coordinate and enhance care quality.
• Document all care delivery accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train families in home care practices and collaborate creatively to meet care objectives.

• RN or LPN licensed in Iowa.
• 1‑2 years of pediatric experience in acute hospital or home health care preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing standards as set by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
