Job DescriptionSmash Park Entertainment Group is seeking a high-performing Sales & Support Specialist to drive private event sales and support a high-output, multi-location sales team. This is a mission‑critical role focused on owning event revenue generation while providing the operational and strategic support our team needs to exceed goals across four Smash Park locations.
What You’ll Do- Revenue Accountability
:
Responsible for achieving a combined annual sales target across all four properties. - Lead Generation
:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across West Des Moines and Omaha
. - Sales Execution
:
Own the end-to-end process—from inquiry through contract—for all private events you book. - Client Communication
:
Serve as the main point of contact for your booked guests, ensuring clear, prompt, and professional communication. - KPI Reporting
:
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and conversions via Triple Seat.
- Process Documentation
:
Draft and refine SOPs related to event booking, client communication, and Triple Seat usage. - Sales Training Support
:
Assist with the onboarding and ongoing development of the sales team, including SOP and Triple Seat training.
- Coverage Support
:
Temporarily take over event coordination or sales responsibilities during team PTO or unexpected absences. - Guest Experience Continuity
:
Ensure leads are followed up and event guests receive seamless support when filling in.
- Overflow Assistance
:
Jump in to support sales across West Des Moines and Omaha
, or other properties during periods of high demand. - Venue Knowledge
:
Understand the unique features of each location to confidently sell across multiple markets. - Sales Enabler
:
Act as a sales enabler, not just a documenter – actively refine systems, tools, and processes to help the sales team close faster, more effectively, and with greater consistency across all locations. - Monitor Impact
:
Track how SOPs and sales tools influence key performance indicators such as conversion rate, sales cycle time, and revenue per lead. - Feedback Loop
:
Gather and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to continuously evolve documentation, improve training materials, and align processes with real-world needs. - Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a sales‑driven leader who thrives both in the field closing business and behind the scenes optimizing how great sales teams operate.
- Must-Have
: 3+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in event, hospitality, or entertainment industries. Applicants without direct sales results will not be considered. - Prior experience managing multi‑property sales or distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple pipelines and projects at once.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Triple Seat experience strongly preferred).
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely while staying highly collaborative.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
Starting salary of $65,000 annually, with eligibility for the company’s commission plan.
