The Impact You'll Make

As a Striping Crew Member, you’ll be part of the team that brings order and safety to streets, parking lots, and public spaces. Your work will be visible every day—those crisp, bright lines you help create will guide thousands of people safely to their destinations. Whether you’re operating equipment, prepping surfaces, or assisting with layout, you’ll be making a real difference in your community.

What You'll Do

• Assist with setting up work zones, including safety cones, signs, and barricades.
• Prepare surfaces for striping by cleaning, sweeping, or power washing.
• Operate or assist with striping equipment under supervision.
• Measure and mark layouts for lines, symbols, and stencils.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, paint, and materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Team-player attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• No prior experience required, training will be provided.
