Service Administrator

This role is ideal for a motivated Service Administrator seeking to advance their automotive career within a professional and supportive environment. The Service Administrator will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering high-quality customer service.

Duties as the Service Administrator will include:

Managing invoicing for completed jobs efficiently and accurately
Handling warranty claims and retail timing processes
Providing excellent customer service through in-person and telephone communication
Performing general administrative functions within the aftersales department
Ensuring compliance with company standards and professionalism
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to service operations
Supporting warranty work and timing jobs to meet dealership standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in an automotive administration or service department role

Experience with Kerridge DMS or equivalent automotive management software
Understanding of warranty procedures and retail timing processes
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional and proactive approach to customer service
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
Motivated to enhance knowledge and skills within the automotive sector
