LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a friendly Reservationist for the reopen of Holiday Inn London Heathrow M4J4. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, securing reservations and guiding guests with warmth and professionalism.
Based on-site, you’ll work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office, maintain accurate reservation records, upsell services and produce reports while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
