Position: SEMH Teachers Required September Start

We are currently recruiting for two qualified teachers to join a specialist SEMH provision in West Drayton from September 2026. These are full‑time, permanent opportunities offering pay in line with the teacher pay scale, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Previous experience working within an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) setting is essential.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons within your specialist subject area.
Support students with SEMH needs to access learning and make progress.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
