SEMH Teaching Assistants – Immediate & September Starts (TAPrSH) West Drayton, England
Salary: GBP
97 - GBP
130 per day + term-time only

Empowering Learning is recruiting Teaching Assistants for specialist provisions supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism and challenging behaviour.
Many of these young people have experienced difficulties in mainstream education and need positive role models who can build trust, create boundaries and help them re‑engage with learning.
We are keen to hear from:- Experienced SEND or SEMH Teaching Assistants
- Youth Workers and Behaviour Mentors
- Sports Coaches and PE Graduates
- Psychology, Criminology and Education Graduates
- Support Workers with experience of young people or vulnerable adults
- Supporting students aged 11-19 in and out of the classroom
- Managing behaviour through positive and restorative approaches
- Building confidence, resilience and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
- Immediate starts available
