Milk Education is seeking graduates to join a specialist SEMH school in Hillingdon as a Positive Behaviour Mentor. The role offers the chance to inspire change, build trust, and become a role model for young people in West Drayton and surrounding areas.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering intervention programmes that promote pro-social behaviour, emotional literacy, and personal growth. Training and CPD are provided to support career paths toward criminology, psychology, or youth
