The Finance Director – UK & Germany, based in West Drayton, is a permanent, hybrid role overseeing finance for both the UK and German operations. You will lead the finance function, drive performance, provide robust insight, and partner with senior leadership to support growth.
You will manage budgeting, reporting, controls, and cash flow, while aligning two territories with a single financial strategy. Fluency in English and German is essential; experience across multiple countries is preferred.
