R&D Tax Manager - Costing

Our client, a leading Big 4 Firm, is seeking an experienced R&D Tax Manager (Costing) to join a growing Innovation Incentives team. Working across a diverse client base, you will lead the financial analysis and claim quantification aspects of R&D tax engagements, helping businesses maximise available incentives while ensuring claims are robust and compliant. Benefits Competitive annual leave Hybrid and flexible working model Private medical insurance Enhanced pension scheme Structured learning and career progression opportunities Responsibilities and Duties Lead the costing and financial analysis components of R&D tax claims Review financial data and identify qualifying expenditure Develop and review claim methodologies and calculations Work closely with Finance Directors, CFOs and technical stakeholders Support HMRC enquiries and information requests Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching Manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously Support business development and growth initiatives Requirements You will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA.
