VIRTUS Data Centres is seeking a Service Desk Shift Lead to provide support and guidance to Service Desk Analysts. Responsible for ensuring high standards and exceeding customer expectations, you will tackle performance issues, coach colleagues, and manage incident escalations.
This role requires essential ITIL experience and strong communication skills. Successful applicants will work 12-hour shifts on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
