Main Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and achieve results in new business development independently
• Manage existing customer accounts
• Prepare materials such as presentation documents and flyers
• Prepare documents including contracts and credit application forms
• Manage accounts receivable and collect outstanding payments
• Handle quotations and follow-up from our overseas offices, and provide instructions to Operation Staff after receiving orders
• Handle quotations and follow-up from existing customers, and provide instructions to Operation Staff after receiving orders
• Handle quotations from prospective customers
• Negotiate with suppliers (pricing, space, schedules, etc.)
