Role:
We seek a dynamic Student Recruitment Advisor to attract and enroll prospective students, guiding them through admissions and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Visa:
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What

The Role Involves
  • Track enquiries, applications, admissions data and manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
  • Engage prospective students via phone, email and virtual platforms to nurture leads.
  • Provide information, advice and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to recruitment and enrolment as needed.
About You
  • Sales Acumen:
    Identify needs and goals of prospective students, recommend suitable programs and achieve enrolment targets.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Effectively communicate via in-person, phone, email and other platforms.
  • Customer Service

    Skills:

    Address enquiries, concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Active Listening:
    Attend to needs and concerns and respond with tailored solutions and support.
  • Closing

    Skills:

    Guide students through the enrolment process, overcome objections and secure commitments.
  • Time Management:
    Prioritize tasks, follow up with leads and meet recruitment goals within deadlines.
  • Goal Orientation:
    Set ambitious recruitment targets and exceed them while focusing on student success and satisfaction.
  • Resilience and Persistence:
    Demonstrate resilience and persistence when faced with rejection or challenges; maintain motivation to meet recruitment targets.
  • Program Knowledge:
    Maintain in-depth knowledge of GBS programs, admissions requirements, and career outcomes.
