Overview
ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED TIRE TECHNICIAN CURRENTLY WORKING IN A SHOP, BUT LOOKING FOR A CHANGE?
$40-70,000/YEAR - FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
Responsibilities- Train into a counter sales position; experience in our industry is preferred.
- Utilize strong people skills, honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality.
- Apply tire, brake, and front-end knowledge in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Work with customers and support sales performance as you transition to a new role.
- Experience in a tire shop or automotive service environment.
- You do not need prior sales experience to apply.
- Good attitude, ability to work with people, and reliability.
- Willingness to grow into a counter sales position and advance in your career.
- Hourly rate plus commission with creative bonus structures.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
