We hire Construction Managers I and II with expertise in one or more key disciplines—
civil, mechanical, electrical, piles, or logistics
—to lead utility‑scale solar projects. Whether you're a specialist or a well‑rounded professional, you'll have the opportunity to excel in your area of expertise while contributing to the success of high‑impact renewable energy builds.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures. Your role will vary by project and client, offering a dynamic and rewarding challenge with each new project.

Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects.
This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8‑12 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses.

This position is eligible for routine travel home (rotation) from the jobsite. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures
• Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on assigned project
• Construct the project and work with the management team to maximize the profit of the project
• Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans and training requirements
