Concrete Foundation Foreman

We’re hiring a Concrete Foundation Foreman for a full-time opportunity based in the West Fargo area. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage the chaos of a job site while ensuring quality, safety, and precision every step of the way.

What You'll be Doing:

Lead and supervise foundation crews on residential and commercial projects

Read and interpret blueprints, layout site elevations, and ensure accurate footing and wall placement

Manage the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundations including walls, footings, and piers

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure timelines and specs are met

Monitor job site safety, material use, equipment care, and crew efficiency

Review and verify timesheets, material logs, and daily reports

Ensure compliance with all site requirements and internal company standards

Who We're Looking For:

Experience leading foundation crews in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Strong working knowledge of foundation systems, concrete forming, and structural layout

Capable of directing teams, solving problems in real time, and mentoring less experienced workers

Comfortable communicating with contractors, engineers, and inspectors

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with high safety standards

Able to enforce policies professionally and support a strong team culture
