Your Role as a Caregiver:

As a caregiver with Griswold Home Care, no certification is required to get started—just a compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference! You will assist clients with their daily living activities while helping them remain comfortable in their own homes. Here's a glimpse of what you’ll do:
  • Companionship & Support:
    Offer companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities (ADLs):
    Help clients with grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Light Housekeeping:
    Ensure a safe and clean environment by assisting with household tasks like laundry, meal prep, and cleaning.
  • Monitor Client Health:
    Pay attention to changes in your client’s health or behavior and report to the care team as needed.
  • Personalized Care:
    Follow the personalized care plan for each client and help maintain accurate daily records.

    Collaboration:

    Work with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
