We’re partnering with a fast-growing construction organization to hire a full-time Concrete Flatwork Supervisor. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide a skilled crew, oversee daily operations, and ensure projects are completed with top‑tier quality and efficiency. What You’ll be Doing:- Leading and supporting a concrete flatwork crew on residential and commercial projects
- Reviewing blueprints, job specifications, and local flatwork codes
- Monitoring quality, jobsite safety, and proper care of tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Coordinating project details, ensuring crews have accurate and timely information
- Communicating professionally with engineers, architects, homeowners, and internal teams
- Overseeing timecards and job‑related paperwork for accuracy and completion
- Helping enforce company standards, policies, and expectations
- Troubleshooting issues, solving problems quickly, and keeping projects on track
- Promoting a positive, respectful, and team‑driven jobsite environment
- 5+ years of concrete flatwork experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret commercial and residential blueprints
- Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, coach, and set expectations professionally
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
- Confident working with customers and project partners in a courteous, solutions‑focused manner
- Able to travel as needed
- Must meet standard employment requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test
- Eligible for (or already have) a DOT medical card
- Required basic tools (hammer, tape, nail apron, boots, etc.)
