Compensation & Benefits Offered!
  • Hourly Pay Range: $20.53 - $26.13 (pay negotiable based on skills/experience)
  • 2nd shift night shift premium: +7%
  • 2nd shift work hours: 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM
  • Monday – Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays
  • Paid weekly
  • 40‑hour work weeks with potential overtime
  • 80 hours of vacation + 24 hours of paid Personal Time Off (PTO)

Job Responsibilities
  • Stock and pull parts and deliver materials and supplies
  • Accurately utilize data collection systems
  • Perform bin transfer confirmation and confirm all material pulled for production orders
  • Effectively utilize software systems
  • Maintain administrative records and operate computer to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing
  • Use mobile equipment as required to facilitate job functions
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes
  • Perform 5S audits
  • Perform safety stop audit observations
  • Participate in the CI/PID process
  • Assist in cross‑training and support various shop areas as assigned
  • Follow the Caterpillar Production System (CPS) standard worksheets
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of job‑related experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand as needed to perform essential functions
  • Ability to periodically walk and/or travel to other areas of the plant and warehouses as directed
  • Ability to use keyboard, reach above shoulder height, below waist, and lift and file documents throughout the day
  • Ability to perform safe repetitive motions
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • Visual and hearing abilities as appropriate for safe execution of job duties, functions and tasks
  • Physical exertion and effort to safely lift, push or pull components or parts
Summary Pay Range

$20.53 - $26.13
