Ryder is hiring a material handler for its West Fargo warehouse. The role involves operating a sit‑down forklift and performing loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting duties.

• Operate powered industrial trucks (sit‑down forklift – electric/gas) per safety guidelines.
• Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting as required.
• Accurately fill and audit picking sheets, return documentation, and bills of lading.
• Maintain and support automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Complete day‑to‑day paperwork and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License, certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
• Meticulous, dependable, punctual with a good attendance record.
• Strong initiative and high accuracy even under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work within health & safety protocols.
• Availability for flexible schedules across various shifts.

• Weekly pay at $20.00 per hour.
