Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (OT as needed)

$23.00 - $26.00+ per hour (DOE) plus full benefits package

Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder I is an entry‑level welding position, with all work being completed with close supervision.

• Perform simple flat and horizontal welds and flat groove welds.
• Fit and weld subassemblies with tack or spot weld.
• Perform measurements within specified tolerances.
• Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization and welding equipment set‑up and maintenance.
• General knowledge of equipment and operations.
• Basic understanding of weld symbols.
• Understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Read a tape measure (imperial and metric).
• Accept responsibility and account for actions.
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Be truthful and credible in the workplace.
• Make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.
• Be dependable and trustworthy.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of welding experience preferred.
