Your Home Improvement Company – Events Lead Generator/Field Marketer

Part‑time position ($17–$20 per hour) with bonuses and training. Travel compensation provided. Work at local community events to promote our home‑improvement services.

• Attend area events, fairs, and festivals to promote company services.
• Engage with event attendants, initiate conversations, and build connections with homeowners.
• Set up and tear down promotional booths, which may require lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Accept travel reimbursement for non‑local events.
• Earn bonuses on top of hourly pay.
• Complete any marketing training provided.

• Own reliable transportation (local travel reimbursement applies).
• Outgoing, energetic, coachable, with strong communication skills.
• Open weekend availability; evenings and nights as required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

$18–$20 per hour, with opportunity for advancement.

Work hours:

20–30 hours per week, depending on event schedule. Evenings, weekends, and nights as required.

In‑person events across the region. Company headquarters in the northern United States.

Part‑time.
