• Competitive base salary ($2,500/month) plus performance bonuses & commission

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the car buying process
• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  based on their needs
• Stay up-to-date on Mazda and Kia product knowledge, features, and technology
• Perform professional test drives and product demonstrations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude every day

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or related fields preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
