You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing and hydronic systems, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance on every project. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and hydronic systems for commercial projects.

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings accurately.

Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete projects efficiently.

Train and mentor apprentices as needed.

Ensure installations meet local and state codes and project specifications.

Coordinate with project managers to assess job needs and materials.

Communicate effectively and professionally on the jobsite.

North Dakota Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)

Minnesota Journeyman License (Preferred – assistance provided to obtain)

Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience

Blueprint reading and layout proficiency

Reliable transportation and hand tools

Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Fargo Gas License (Required)
• 4–5 years of relevant field experience
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and plans
• Reliable transportation and hand tools
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Full-Time – Monday through Thursday

Travel project opportunities available (with per diem)
