Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

The Inventory / Warehouse Stocking & Parts Runner supports HVAC operations at our Fargo location by keeping inventory organized and delivering parts and ductwork to job sites and company locations. This role is a mix of warehouse work and local driving and plays a key role in keeping field crews productive.

• Receive, inspect, and stock HVAC parts, tools, and materials
• Keep inventory organized, labeled, and easy to access
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Deliver parts, tools, supplies, and ductwork to job sites
• Offload materials independently at job sites
• Communicate with field teams to confirm deliveries
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and storage areas

• Dependable and organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn HVAC parts and materials
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to safely operate a company or personal vehicle
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in warehouse and job-site environments (noise, dust, temperature changes)
