• Lead capitalization of internally developed assets, partnering closely with R&D, Product, Project, and Engineering teams.
• Own fixed asset accounting for tangible and intangible assets—tracking, reporting, and process improvements.
• Improve and document balance sheet processes to support audit readiness and scalability.
• Support tax and GL activity, including sales and income tax documentation and reconciliations (Avalara exposure a plus).
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and finance transformation projects as a hands‑on Senior Accountant.
• Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting responsibilities as needed.

• 3–5 years of total accounting experience.
• Strong technical foundation in financial statements, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
• Process‑improvement mindset, you don’t just do the work, you make it better.
