Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher level of education
- At least three years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with scheduling systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Manage complex calendars using Outlook
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Act on behalf of the manager on routine matters
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
